Features:
The furnace heats the aluminum ingot at high temperature and extrudes the aluminum rod. The aluminum rod is then injected into a mold with grooves to make the initial heat sink, followed by subsequent processing (CNC, deburring, drilling, tapping, polishing, drawing, surface treatment, riveting, packaging).
Advantage:
Aluminum alloy itself is soft and easy to process, with low cost. It is an excellent thermal material widely used in modern heat dissipation. Most of the industry uses 6063 T5 high-quality aluminum, with a purity of over 98%.
